Cancellations
You can cancel your order or items in your order only before we dispatch them by contacting our team at sales@fjuka.com or by calling 0121 400 0087.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel dispatched orders. If you change your mind after the order has been sent, please follow the returns policy.
Returns
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, in its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@fjuka.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Missing or damaged items
If you don’t receive your items within 14 working days of receiving a Dispatch Confirmation email, please contact our team at sales@fjuka.com, quoting your order number, and we’ll investigate this for you.
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact our team at sales@fjuka.com immediately, quoting your order number and detailing the problem with your items – please attach the photographs so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we can’t refund items that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
